Oregon Pro Maids had more than 40% of their available bookings open and there weren’t getting the results they wanted. Their  House Cleaning website did not accurately communicate their approach and and message. Providing the highest levels ofg customer service and satisfgaction with the least amount of fgrction in the booking process. 

They were looking to have an overall increase their bookings of 30%.

Oregon Pro Maids also wanted to distance itself from a traditional House Cleaning Company and establish themselves as the premier cleaning service in the Portland metro area.

Their online marketing strategy needed a ground-up reboot. Redesigning and redeveloping their outdated website was priority #1. OPM imagined a website that would become their best marketing tool and be part of a limitless lead pipeline.


We began by creating a mobile-friendly website designed and developed to showcase their unique value proposition. High-quality professional photography compelled prospective clients to contact OPM.

Each page contained keyword optimized content to help OPM dominate search results for each of their target cities: Hillsboro, Portland, Beaverton, and Bethany. Pages were optimized for search phrases like, ‘House Cleaners Portland’ or ‘Cleaning Company Hillsboro’.

In addition to the new SEO-optimized website, Google Ads campaigns were used to further their visibility to potential clients. Conversion optimized landing pages helped drive qualified prospects.

As imagined, the website quickly became an invaluable sales tool. When bidding on projects, the principals use the website to show off recent work to clients.

The project pipeline became saturated and we even had to throttle back our online marketing efforts. OPM went from 48 active clients to 74 in under 12 months.
