OVERVIEW
Kidz Academy is an early childhood education center and preschool that focuses on STEM learning for children under age 12. To acquire new enrollments, Kidz Academy relied on its location for walk-in traffic to bring in the initial enrollments, and shortly after, they began paid search ads to fill the 40% of their available spaces in age-specific rooms. The founder of Kidz Academy was experiencing some challenges, and he turned to Foxhound Digital for help.
They were looking to have an overall increase in their enrollments of 30% and fill specific age rooms and keep a waiting list for multiple rooms. Kidz Academy also wanted to distance itself from a traditional daycare and establish itself as the premier early childhood learning and education center.
CHALLENGES
- Childcare and early childhood education is a competitive industry. Kidz Academy is a curriculum STEM school, thus competing with players like Goddard, Primrose, and Touchstone. Our marketing efforts needed to clearly and effectively articulate the value of Kidz Academy to prospective parents in this crowded, competitive market.
- They were realigning the Kidz Academy brand identity. Kidz academy was initially founded as a daycare and preschool. With competitors like Primrose, Goddard, and Touchstone in such proximity, they would need to redefine how they were communicating their unique value.
- When we were brought on board, the Kidz Academy website was long overdue for a redesign. The conversion rate was low because visitors were having a difficult time finding the information they needed on the website, nor did the site accurately communicate their approach and message.
RESULTS
Foxhound Digital prides itself on being an agile agency, able to adapt to clients changing needs. As we discovered, the quality of traffic was squandered with a confusing website and poor user experience; we knew that the conversion rate needed immediate attention.
We created a new landing page experience to send traffic to while the main site was being redesigned. The simplicity of the new landing page was so effective that we tripled the conversion rate in the first month. The landing page performed so well that, over the following 6 months, we are still converting leads into tours for the facility.
